Job Summary We are looking for an organized and empathetic HR Manager to oversee our personnel and daily administrative operations. You will be the go-to person for employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, including writing job ads, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration (health insurance, leave tracking).
- Onboarding: Manage the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
