Can I walk in without an appointment?
Yes, we attend to New patients everyday but old patients will have to pay an extra fee on Non-clinic days (Clinic days are Mon, Wed and Sat). |
What documents do I need for registration?

Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes, at no extra charge. However, no refund is applicable but fees paid are credited for use at another time.
Are there specialists in the Hospital?
Yes, there are sixteen (16) specialists attached to the hospital clinical services.

POS, cash, bank transfer and cheque in some cases.
Does the Hospital demand payment before attending to emergencies?
No.
Emergencies are attended to promptly without payment within the first 3 hours and last no longer than 36 hours during which time (3-36 hours) assurance for payment is ascertained

(for those from outside the state, there is flexibility)

Can I get a medical report or referral letter after treatment?
Yes,
A Medical report is given (₦10,000 in-country and ₦20,000 – ₦50,000 out of the country (foreign)).

Seeking Redress / Assault to staff
How do I seek redress if unsatisfied with services or staff member misbehaves?
Our staff are known to be courteous and they accept the hospital policy on the status of our patients.
NB: In the event of dissatisfaction, kindly use formal channels of complaints.
Do not take the laws into your own hands as we do not encourage or tolerate assault to our staff.
