Job Summary We are looking for an organized and empathetic HR Manager to oversee our personnel and daily administrative operations. You will be the go-to person for employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, including writing job ads, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration (health insurance, leave tracking).
  • Onboarding: Manage the orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
