Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care, diagnose and treat illnesses, and work collaboratively with nursing and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and physical examinations.
- Diagnosis & Treatment: Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, X-rays) and prescribe appropriate treatments or medications.
- Consultation: Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and their families.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaboration: Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state medical license and board certification/eligibility.
- Proven experience in clinical practice.
- Strong critical thinking and compassionate communication skills.
